• In this class, the intention is to embrace a dynamic and varied physical practice. The class will have both calm moments for self-awareness and breathwork, whilst also having dynamic powerful moments. This class is led by Wil Brown/Lewis Wilkins, and is 90 minutes long.

  • In this class, the intention is to provide a social and supportive class environment to work on the Handstand and the relevant Mobility requirements. Each class will start with relevant preparatory drills, before diving into balance drills and mobility exercises. Each class is designed with care and attention to detail, ensuring each student gets the most supportive environment possible. This class is led by LMG founder Wil Brown & Daniel Zivatovic.

  • In this class, the intention is to practice and improve general physical capacity via the use of both free weights and bodyweight exercises. The class will have both calm moments for self-awareness and breathwork, whilst also having dynamic powerful moments for pushing current levels. This class is led by Daniel Zivatovic our resident physio and movement coach.

  • This class is 120mins long and offers a variety of practices regarding environmental exploration, in a fun and social environment. The class is a favourite for all students, as it offers an experience that tests physical and mental agility, whilst socialising and connecting with others - outdoors.

  • Movement Foundations will be focused on bringing you back home. We want you to feel good in your body. We want to help you build strong foundations, that permeate into a more empowered life. We will use basic skill goals, and build attributes to support these in a slow and progressive manner. With the help of your team, you will have accountability and a consistent support system.

Please note that we encourage all students to book classes in advance so that our teachers and coaches are able to plan accordingly.

We offer options to drop into a class as well as larger hourly packages. In this way all students can mix and match their practice to fit their own needs. Please be sure to book in advance, even for a drop in. We have no payment options in person right now.

Please be aware of the stated expiry dates on all hourly packs. We have given what we feel ample time to use these. Any remaining hours are lost unless prior communication has been had.

We have a 24hr cancellation policy on all classes unless otherwise communicated.
